# Are all my calls scored, or only some?

Every answered call is eligible for a 0-to-100 score with a written coaching summary. Two guards apply: unanswered calls never enter coaching, and automatic scoring skips calls shorter than the minimum length (default 60 seconds).

You can also manually generate or regenerate a score on any call that has a transcript, and manual generation ignores the minimum length. The coaching surface is at https://app.closemagnet.com/coaching, with tabs for Overview, Team Rep Calls, AI Calls, Team Roll-Ups, Rep report, Deal scoring, and Settings.
