# How do I coach a call from Zoom, Google Meet, or Fathom?

Send it in through the external transcript webhook. POST to https://app.closemagnet.com/api/v2/coaching/calls with your CloseMagnet API token in the Authorization Bearer header. Include who made the call, the required transcript and source, a stable external_call_id, and the real called_at timestamp on every request. Phone and unknown sources also require direction (inbound or outbound); known meeting sources may omit it, and an unknown meeting provider must send interaction_type: meeting.

Zoom, Google Meet, Fathom, and more are supported. Once accepted, the call is auto-summarized when auto-summarize is on, or you can open it and click Summarize. In-app webhook docs (endpoint, headers, JSON and cURL examples) are at Settings -> API -> API reference.
