# What does the Import column on the Phone Numbers page tell me?

The Import column tells you whether a number is present in your live voice AI inventory:

- Imported: the number is present in your live voice AI inventory.
- Linked id: it is linked by id but not seen in the live inventory.
- Not linked: it has no voice AI id yet.

If a number shows "Not linked," ask your operator to import and link it. If it shows "Linked id" but not "Imported," use the Refresh control; if it persists, ask your operator to re-import.
