# What are the named AI agents and what does each one do?

Calls are run by named agent personas, each built for a specific job rather than one generic bot:

- Riley works seller follow-up and cold outreach.
- Jordan handles booking.
- Taylor works dispo.
- Sam handles rescheduling.

For text and email conversations, the text agents are Sara and Casey (alongside Riley and Taylor). The assistant or squad bound to a campaign determines which agent runs it.
