# What is the difference between my plan and my wallet?

Your plan (Starter, Professional, or Scale) is your recurring monthly platform fee, billed through Stripe. The wallet is separate prepaid usage credit, at 1 credit = $0.01, that the metered features draw from.

The wallet is consumed by Voice AI calls, skip trace, the DNC scrub, Get Buyers, Directory pulls, and AI usage. You add credits by buying credit packs. See your Wallet balance, Usage this month, Total purchased, and Voice pricing on the Account & Billing tab of Settings (click your avatar, then Settings; https://app.closemagnet.com/settings/billing), an account-owner surface.
