# What are Team Roll-Ups and the Rep report in coaching?

Both are AI-written coaching reports in the Coaching surface (https://app.closemagnet.com/coaching):

- Team Roll-Ups: ranks your reps by average score over Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, All time, or a custom range, and drills from the team down to one rep.
- Rep report: writes a coaching narrative for one employee across their calls over the window you pick.

Every run is kept as immutable history with its own stable ID, so generating a new report never overwrites an older one. Each tab lists its saved history, all-time and paged, and opening an entry reopens that exact snapshot.
