# What is the Buyer Analytics workspace?

Buyer Analytics ranks your buyers against your deals. Click Deal Analytics in the left menu (https://app.closemagnet.com/analytics) and open the Buyer Analytics tab.

Start property first: pick a property and read your buyers ranked for it. Or start buyer first: pick a buyer and explore the properties and deals they line up with. Either way, open that buyer's detail panel for their history, offers, closes, and recent activity.

Select two to five buyers to compare them side by side on Fit, Intent, and Trust, with the evidence behind each score shown: which events drove intent, and how many commitments turned into closes.

Reading costs nothing. Ordinary reads in this workspace never spend credits, so you can rank, sort, and compare as often as you like.
