# Where do I create or edit a number pool?

Pools are created and edited inside the campaign editor, which is an operator control. The Phone Numbers page at https://app.closemagnet.com/phone-numbers is the read-only management and overview view.

The Number pools table there lists each pool with its name, its campaign (or "Shared (client-level)" for a pool not tied to one campaign), its strategy (Local presence to RR or Round-robin), its daily cap, and how many numbers it holds. To build or edit a pool, open the pool-mode campaign in the editor.
