Set Show ARV on the public page and Show estimated repairs on the public page on the property's Deal Page tab (?tab=deal-page). These same settings also govern blast emails: they include ARV and repairs only when the property is set to show them, so turning Show ARV off keeps those numbers out of the email too.
If buyers say the email had no ARV, Show ARV is off for that property.
