No. You fill in a form and the branded page builds itself, on your domain, with your logo and colors.
Your website settings live on the Properties Website tab (https://app.closemagnet.com/properties?view=dealsite): your web address, custom domain, brand, the Deals page, About, contact, legal details, and notifications. Each deal's own page is set on the property's Deal Page tab (?tab=deal-page): description, access notes, EMD terms, photos, the Show ARV and Show estimated repairs switches, and an optional offer deadline for a countdown. Every deal is published automatically when it is added, and its own web address is created for you from the street address.
Deal-site colors run through a readable accent system automatically, so your brand stays legible without a designer.
Links to the app require your CloseMagnet login.
