Open the workfile and start on its Checklist tab. Each card carries a Done checkbox, an assignee selector, a Not Applicable control, and its own note, and the four never overwrite each other.
Work a card with these controls:
- Done: the checkbox at the left of the card; click it again to reopen.
- Assignee: the selector on the right, listing confirmed member names and their status.
- Not Applicable: the circle-slash button, separate from Done, for work this deal never needs.
- Note: type into "Add a note for this card" and click Save.
If a save fails, your draft stays in the box and mid-save edits are kept, so you can click Save again without retyping.
