Yes. On the My Buyers tab (https://app.closemagnet.com/buyers), type your audience into AI Buyer Search in plain English, for example "VIP cash buyers in Phoenix doing at least 2 deals a month under $300k," and click AI Search. AI searches use credits.
The AI only turns your sentence into filters: Search text, VIP, Active?, Min and Max deals per month, Target states, cities, and zips, Buyer type, Strategy, Asset class, Min and Max anchor offer, Tier, and Free text. Click Edit filters to adjust them, then Apply. The database searches your whole list and shows the matches 100 at a time with the total.
Click Save as segment to reuse the audience in a Deal Blast. A segment uses the same search, so it matches what you saw. If every filter can be saved as a live filter, the segment updates as buyers change; if the search uses search text, stage, a price range, or contactable-only, it is saved as a fixed Picked list of up to 5,000 buyers. Segments show an AI Search or Picked list badge.
