- Open the comp from Comps (https://app.closemagnet.com/comps) and stay on its Overview tab.
- Click Property Link.
- Click Create and apply to property, then Confirm and apply. To use a property you already have, pick it under Match an existing property, click Link selected property, then Confirm link.
Property Link stays disabled until the comp has a saved Determined ARV, Effective Rehab, and exit strategy. Applying fills the property with the address, seller contact, ARV, repair estimate, exit type, beds, baths, square footage, and year built. Each comp links to one property, so applying again updates the same property instead of creating a duplicate. Linking comps to properties is for the account owner or an admin.
Links to the app require your CloseMagnet login.
