The first removes the single lead from all AI workflows, so the automation stops working it while the rest of your account runs normally. The second is a hard stop that halts all AI on the lead and also stops the bot from responding to it. Use the hard stop when you want the lead completely quiet on the AI side so you can take it over yourself.
