Buyer Identity carries the name, contact, the Buyer mailing / contract address from your LeadAttractor CRM, and Buyer Last Verified, the date you last confirmed this buyer is still real and still buying. Target Market holds their states, cities, and ZIPs. Buyer Status and Strategy holds Buyer stage, Active buy box, VIP, Hedge fund, Deal consent, Do not contact, and strategy. Buyer Details holds the price and property criteria. Deal Preferences and Notes holds the free-text investor notes, perfect deal, and deal breakers that matching reads.
Every field is editable in place by the account owner. Save, and the buy box writes back to the linked LeadAttractor CRM contact automatically.
