It is a branded website your buyers visit to see your deals and act on them. It runs on the platform host at https://deals.closemagnet.com/{your-slug} or on your own custom domain, where the site sits at the domain root.
The site carries a Buyers Club signup page, a catalog of your published deals, and a page for each deal with an offer form on it. It also publishes your own About, Privacy, and Terms pages, built from approved legal templates filled in with your business details.
Manage all of it on the Properties Website tab (https://app.closemagnet.com/properties?view=dealsite). Every deal is published to the catalog automatically when it is added, and it appears while buyer visibility is on, your website is live, the deal is not Closed, Fell Through, or Dead, and its offer deadline has not passed.
