The Map tab is a buyer discovery map. Go to Dashboard -> Buyers -> Map (https://app.closemagnet.com/buyers-map) to see recent investor purchases plotted across any market you search.
Orange pins are available directory buyers, and brand blue pins are buyers already saved to your list. Above 100 pins, nearby ones group into a numbered cluster, and a split-color marker means that group holds both types. Click a cluster to zoom in.
Search a place in the address box, drag the radius slider, or pan the map to reload the buyers in view. The Map and Satellite toggle changes the base layer, and the Buyers in view panel filters to all buyers, available only, or your buyers. Clicking a pin opens a card with a Street View thumbnail, purchase details, and Open in Google Maps and View on Zillow links.
