How do I create a Voice AI campaign?

- Go to https://app.closemagnet.com/campaigns and click New campaign (https://app.closemagnet.com/campaigns/new). If your plan has a campaign cap, the Campaigns list shows how many you have used (for example "2 of 5 used").
- Give it a name and choose its type: outbound phone, inbound phone, or widget.
- Work through the editor sections: General, Widget setup (widget campaigns), Schedule, Outbound behavior, Webhooks, Success Metrics, and Advanced Controls.
- Click Create campaign. New campaigns always save Paused.
- Check the Save changes card, which lists anything still missing before the campaign can go live.
- When nothing is missing, click Resume at the top of the campaign.
While a campaign is active or scheduled its settings are locked; click Pause to edit, save, then click Resume.
