What are the named AI agents and what does each one do?

Calls are run by named agent personas, each built for a specific job rather than one generic bot:

Riley works seller follow-up and cold outreach.
Jordan handles booking.
Taylor works dispo.
Sam handles rescheduling.

For text and email conversations, the text agents are Sara and Casey (alongside Riley and Taylor). The assistant or squad bound to a campaign determines which agent runs it.
